Bonita Hatchett-Bodle, recently joined United Benefit Advisors as the Director of Compliance, to serve as a tremendous resource for employee benefits regulatory compliance for UBA and its Partners.

Bonita brings over 24 years of large international law firm experience, having served as outside ERISA and benefits counsel to national corporations, Public sector entities, growth and middle-market companies, jointly-trusteed funds, as well as entrepreneurs in every major industry group.

Bonita is widely recognized and highly regarded by her peers for her ability to provide sound guidance on the most complicated of issues in an easily understood manner. She received her LL.M and Certificate in Employee Benefits Law from the Georgetown University Law Center, her J.D. from the Rutgers University School of Law-Camden and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
